HGA Vial Inspection Machine-CCIT

HGA-CCIT OMS consists of pre-processing subsystem, Rotary Sorter Subsystem, Inspection Module Subsystem. Installed with HGA-gas Inspection Module, it adopts a CO₂ Pre-processing Subsystem to accelerate leakage, enabling testing for equivalent leak aperture and CCIT. It supports both standalone operation and connection to production lines. Applicable to containers sealed under low pressure, atmospheric pressure, nitrogen or ambient air conditions. It performs inline testing for CCIT and equivalent leak aperture, with a minimum detectable aperture of 0.1 μm.
